Peruvian Cuisine Week in Vietnam kicks off on October 24

The event will provide a unique opportunity for businesses, F&B representatives, and culinary enthusiasts in the capital to explore the potential for further development in the South American nation while enjoying the flavors of traditional dishes, cocktails, and the exquisite taste of Peruvian specialty coffee. The culinary week will be organized by the Embassy of Peru in Vietnam in collaboration with Á Âu Vocational Guidance and Sheraton Hanoi Hotel, which will feature special activities such as cooking and mixology classes for students, as well as demonstrations of Peruvian cuisine. Binh Thuan hosts Vietnam’s second international photography festival

The purpose of the festival is to showcase the beauty of Vietnam’s landscapes and people, as well as to foster international exchanges through various photography-related activities. This festival is part of a series of events celebrating the National Tourism Year 2023, which is hosted by Binh Thuan province and carries the theme “Binh Thuan – Green Convergence”. Ma The An, Director of the Department of Fine Arts, Photography, and Exhibition, stated that the festival provides an opportunity for photography enthusiasts and professionals from both Vietnam and abroad to exchange ideas and showcase their artworks. Out of the 2,252 submissions from 147 photographers representing 15 countries and territories, only 200 photos by 82 participants were selected for the exhibition titled “Vietnam through the lens of international photographers” in Phan Thiet City. Vietnamese-Japanese street food event scheduled for next month

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-Japan diplomatic relations, the Japanese Embassy in Hanoi announced a street food initiative to promote the culinary culture of both countries. As part of the project, two Vietnamese chefs and one Japanese chef will collaborate to create new dishes that blend traditional Vietnamese and Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients, showcasing culinary solidarity.
