A total of 70 contestants participated in performances showcasing their national costume and evening gowns during the final night, with the organisers announcing the Top 15, Top 7, and then the top prizes. Thien An bows out of Top 10 of Miss Grand International 2022

This comes following the Long An native winning the Best National Costume segment along with contestants from Thailand, the UK, and Peru.
