This is the first Vietnamese restaurant abroad that has implemented the project. Kieu Bich Huong, who is in charge of the channel, said that the project aims to introduce Vietnamese culture and literature, history, tourism, art, and cuisine to overseas Vietnamese (OVs) and international friends in a closer and more accessible way. Tam Diep pineapple hill belongs to Dong Dao farm located in Tam Diep city, Ninh Binh, about 100km from Hanoi.
