Hanoians bundle up as the capital hit by sudden cold spell
Low temperatures are accompanied by spells of drizzles which strike the capital on March 13, causing some difficulties for commuters as they hit the road on their way to work or school. A number of residents choose to wear raincoats as they battle against the cold conditions. The cold air sweeping through the capital on the morning of March 13 forces motorbike drivers to wrap themselves up with masks, hats, and coats to guard against the wind.
