Vietnam-Hanoi Festival in Fukuoka attracts a large number of visitors. Dao Thi Cam Suong, the calligraphy artist behind the sculpture, said that she was inspired by her love for Can Tho, the local culture, and its residents. The massive ‘non la’ measures eight meters in diameter and six meters tall. The month-long competition will take place from July 20 to August 20 next year in Australia and New Zealand — the first co-hosts in the history of the Women’s World Cup. The event is being organised by the Vietnam Film Institute as part of the sixth Hanoi International Film Festival 2022. On display at the event will be 200 photos of numerous relic sites and cultural heritages, all of which are settings of cinematographic works used by both local and foreign filmmakers.
